The board of Arab National Bank (ANB) has proposed the distribution of cash dividend for H2-14 at SAR 550 million, or SAR 0.55 per share, or 5.5% of stock par value.
The eligibility of the cash dividend is for shareholders of record on the general meeting date scheduled in the first quarter of 2015.
